Fresh Films is the nation's largest teen filmmaking organization. Every year, thousands of teens ages 14-19 apply to be 1 of 60 selected to go to 1 of 6 production cities. In these production cities, 10 teens will have 1 week to film, edit, and produce a 7-10 minute film festival quality movie. After the films are finished, they will compete to get the highest number of votes at fresh-films.com.

This year there were 2 categories. The categories are: AirHeads(R) Out of Control Comedies, and Slurpee(R) Superhero Films. I am currently in the Orlando Slurpee Superhero Film Crew. On Day 1, we received our screenplay and held a casting call. 200 aspiring actors showed up. There were about 50 call backs the next day. After that, the cast of six was chosen. On Thursday, we filmed on Fort DeSoto beach for nearly 12 hours. 

On August 27, you will have 6 days to vote for the Orlando team. If we win, then you will need to vote for us again as we go head to head against the highest voted AirHeads Out of control comedy. Remember to vote at fresh-films.com.  HAPPY VOTING.
